FINSMAn kevätkokous torstaina 23.4.

Hyvät kuutospurjehtijat, tämä posti tulee ensisijaisesti muistutuksena siitä, että torstaina pidetään FINSMAn kevätkokous. Jos kutsu oli unohtunut, aika on siis 23.4. klo 18.00 ja paikka HSS. Yhteysalus on liikkeellä meitä varten kokousiltana.

Kokouksen muissa asioissa on uutisia myös ISMAn tapahtumista. Maaliskuussa ISMA piti kokouksen Munchenissa, kokouksen pöytäkirja on hyvin piilotettuna ISMAn muuten hienolle uudelle nettisaitille: http://www.6metre.com/ Etsimisen helpottamiseksi tässä on linkki suoraan dokumenttiin:

Tavan mukaan World Cupin yhteydessä pidetään yleiskokous ja nopeasti toimimalla sinne saa vielä jotain käsittelyyn. Ohessa on tämänhetkinen esityslistan luonnos tällä saatteella:

Gentlemen,

I attach a draft agenda for this year's AGM.

I intend to publish a final agenda for the AGM 30 days before the event. This will contain all the proposals to be voted on. Each proposal will be described in a supporting paper, so that each fleet has the opportunity to discuss which way it wishes its representative to vote on the matter. There will be no opportunity to bring forward any other matters for a decision at the meeting, though proposals can be made for matters to be discussed and voted on at a later date (see draft agenda item 11)

I would welcome any other proposals that fleets wish to bring forward, to be added to the items which will be voted on under item 10. Proposers should be prepared to produce a supporting paper in time to go out with the final agenda.
